Program Schedule
August 22, 2007 Arrive in Ulaanbaatar.
August 23 - 27 Orientation in Ulaanbaatar. Intensive Mongolian Language Study, Field Study Seminar (FSS).
August 28 - Sept. 14 Nomad Homestay in Delgerkhaan, Hentii; continued Intensive Mongolian Language Study, Culture and Development Seminar, and FSS.
September 17 - 23 Continued Intensive Mongolian Language Study, Culture and Development Seminar, and FSS in Ulaanbaatar.
September 24 -Oct. 05 Educational excursion through Central and Northern Mongolia; continued Intensive Mongolian Language Study, and FSS.
October 08 - 31 Complete Intensive Mongolian Language Study, Culture and Development Seminar, and FSS in Ulaanbaatar, with concurrent homestay.
November 1 - 28 Independent Study Project (ISP) period.
November 29 - Dec.05 Evaluation week with ISP presentations, program evaluation, and re-entry workshop.
December 05 End of scheduled program.
